A licensed lawyer in both Canada and the United States, Marjan Dogen uses her cross-border experience to advise clients on a variety of legal issues, including immigration and citizenship matters.
Prior to founding Dogen Law, Marjan gained experience working at a prominent immigration law firm in Toronto where she advised clients on a variety of immigration matters. Leveraging her interpersonal and communication skills, Marjan effectively connects with her clients to deliver personalized solutions that meet their legal needs. A results-driven professional, she excels at conducting detail-oriented legal research, writing, and preparing a variety of legal submissions along with applications for immigration and citizenship.
Before returning to Ontario in 2016, Marjan worked for one of the largest e-discovery law firms in the United States on anti-trust litigation matters, mergers and acquisitions. She also advised a range of individual and corporate clients on immigration matters between Canada and the United States.
Marjan Dogen completed a Dual Juris Doctor (JD) program at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and Michigan State University College of Law. She is a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario and a licensed attorney in the United States. Marjan is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario as well as the Florida Bar.
